Every Emunah Creates piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each design is custom created, production begins after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship Collection: 2–5 business days

• Custom Denim Jackets: 3–6 weeks

• Large Custom Orders (5+ pieces): 4–8 weeks

• Seasonal Collections & Holiday Orders: Processing times may be extended.

Production times may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers including:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

Shipping options are available during checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery

Emunah Creates is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us if additional assistance is needed.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.All Sales Are Final

At Emunah Creates, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Because each jacket is created as a wearable work of art, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

• Personalized orders

• Sale items

• Accessories

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, your order can no longer be canceled.
